It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Walter on October 11, 2019 at the St. Boniface Hospital.
Walter was born in Winnipeg on May 22, 1938. In 1965 he married Helen Chmilowsky and together raised their two sons.
He was predeceased by his wife Helen; his parents; three brothers, Fred, Harry and Steve; and his sisters Anne and Mary.
He will be lovingly remembered by his son’s Wayne and Trevor and brother John.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 19 at 1:00 p.m., in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Ave at Henderson Hwy.
