Shirley passed away peacefully on Friday, April 12, 2019, at Seven Oaks General Hospital at the age of 84.
She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Ken; 8 children; 14 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Shirley was one of 12 children born to Charles and Mary Mullen. She has 3 remaining sisters alive and many nieces and nephews who will sadly miss her.
A special thanks to all the staff at Seven Oaks Hospital for making Shirley comfortable during her time there.
As per her wishes cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, April 25 at 2:00 p.m., at Canad Inns, 826 Regent Ave West, Winnipeg MB.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, 120 Donald St, Winnipeg, MB R3C 4G2.
