Harry Robert Law

May 3, 1955 – July 29, 2023 

We the family of Harry are saddened to announce his passing at St. Boniface Hospital. He will be lovingly remembered by his care giving wife Donna, daughter Jeneane (Eric), son Robbie (Kassandra) and sisters Kim and Kelly.

Harry was predeceased by his parents Allan and Eileen (Hewitson) Law and his brother in-law Eric and Robin.

Harry was born and raised in Transcona, when his father was transferred to Fort Churchill, and the family called it home for six years.

Harry loved the North, especially snowmobiling, and would always tell everyone how much he loved it and all the friends he made there. Summers were spent at Grand Beach, at his Nanny and Papa’s cottage and later at his parents.

As a young man he worked for the City of Winnipeg. When he was working at Assiniboine park, he met his future wife, Donna.

As his mobility became more compromised, he accepted it in true Harry fashion saying, “you’ve got to play the hand you’re dealt.” He never lost his sense of humor or bright outlook on life!
