Harry Johnson

On Monday, December 10, 2018, Harry (Speed) Johnson (age 73) passed away in the arms of his loving wife, surrounded by his family at home.

He leaves behind his loving wife of 53 years Louise; four children Cindy (Randy), Cheryl, Steven and Mike (Maria) along with ten grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and dogs Ginger and Jayden.

Harry was born on March 8, 1945, in Truro, Nova Scotia. He was one of 16 kids. He married Louise on September 11, 1965, in Toronto. They then moved to Winnipeg in 1967 where he lived and worked for the City of Winnipeg for 31 years.

A celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, January 13 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Rockwood Legion, 341 Wilton Street in Winnipeg, MB.
