It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Gordon Brian Joseph Dreilich, Our Dad, son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend. Who passed suddenly on June 1,2021 at the age of 63.
Gordon is predeceased by his Dad Ernie, brother Wayne, and sister in law Cheryl.
He leaves behind his two Sons Sean (Michelle) Cory (Kayla). His Mom Maria, Brothers Louie, Dale and David. Sisters Charlotte (Ed) Charlene (Bruce) Beverly (Luis) and sister in law Judi.
Many nieces and nephews along with great-nieces and great-nephews.
Gordon had a great demeanour which was easy going, calm and detailed, this asset was huge in making him a great hockey player and later a coach.
He was in his glory when planning for a golf game,fishing or hunting trip with his sons, he instilled his love through his sons into them.
He loved going on trips to Binscarth to hunt, fish or just visit family.
He was a huge Jets and Bomber fan, enjoyed each game he was able to watch.
Gordon’s profession of a carpenter had him making beautiful woodwork for those fortunate enough to have work done by him, and he made it look easy.
His random posts made those of us who understood him laugh, he had a fantastic sense of humour and an infectious laugh.
Gordon,
God saw you getting tired, He put his arms around you and whispered, come to me dear son. Your beautiful heart stopped beating, your hard working hands to rest. God left us with our memories of you, as he only takes the best.

Gordon, our dear brother …. You will be ever so greatly missed, by all the people’s lives you touched. You were a All Star Gord !! It’s still so hard to believe, you are now in heaven with Dad, Wayne and Cheryl , with no more pain and suffering ❤️ Gordon, forever you will be in our heart, we love you so very very much, and we will miss you so so much our dear brother !!

Gord, I can’t tell you how much you are already missed. This past year and a bit had gratefully brought us closer, and even though it makes my heart hurt more, I’m happy. Laughing with you, chatting about nothing and everything, truly a gift I’ll never forget. London is at that Rainbow bridge waiting for you. Rest now Cuz, the pain is gone. I love you, Jax

We just learned of Gordie’s passing. Our sincere condolences to the Dreilich family.
I knew a little of Wayne having been in the same singles club he was in 1997- 2000’s and occasionally ran into him a couple times I was not aware of his family but in coming across his obit in jan 2022, I didn’t realize Wayne had passed! And was shocked when I also saw the obits of his other family including Gordon. My sincere condolences to all the family who lost your loved ones too soon! And so sad for their parents who lost their children.
