  1. Our sincere condolences to Kathy, Sandi, Susan and all their families. Ernie grew up just down the street from us in Plumas and could alway be counted on to offer a helping hand; whether plumbing related, driving us to visit relative in the early year to pointing out “loudly” to me about how we military guys didn’t know a lot! He and I had some heated “discussions “ in the chill of the garage warmed by Whiskey and Pepsi! He was a great man, loving husband and father and a great friend to his many acquaintances and co workers! We’ll miss him dearly. Fair winds and following seas my friend! You will be missed!

Our deepest condolences to Kathy & Sandi, Susan & families. We met Ernie & Kathy about 10 yrs back, because of the “old” cars in Transcona. Harv had a great time with Ernie going to the dirt track races in Grand Forks for the last few years, always remembering that Chinese Buffet restaurant on their way to the track. Many good times were had. Climb high on that mountain my friend!

  9. People knew him as Ernet, but I only knew him as dad when I met him as I married into this loving Wilson family.
Always quick witted and something to say. I respected him most for the fact that you always knew where you stood with him, he always spoke his mind. It’s taken me so long to jot down some brief feelings. The pain will always be in my heart. Love you Dad. Cheers
