It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Dorothy Kuhn on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at the age of 78.
Dorothy was predeceased by her loving husband Willie; parents Albert and Thelma, and brother Ivan.
She will be remembered by her daughters Donna (Dave), Val (Rick) and Cheryl (Darren); 8 grandchildren; brothers Mac (Linda) and Keith; sisters Lorraine and Diane (Wilf); as well as extended family and friends.
Mom loved her family and was very proud of her children and grandchildren. She retired after working 15 years for the Manitoba Government. She enjoyed summers at Seven Sisters, attending her grandchildren’s school and sporting activities, family celebrations, and winters in Texas. She was happiest when she was surrounded by her family and friends, and will be dearly missed by all of us.
In keeping with Mom’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family interment will be held at a later date.

I was saddened to learn of Dorothy’s recent passing. We had worked for the same department but on different floors for many years @ 155 Carlton Street. She was a great lady who was always willing to go that extra mile to retrieve something you needed or answer any question you had. Dorothy had a lovely laugh and as I type this, I can see her face just as clear as a bell. After she retired, we often ran into each other in St. Vital. Rest in peace dear Dorothy.
