Although I haven’t seen Delma for some time I have many fond memories of her. I moved to Oak Lake as a teen and I was warmly welcomed by Delma and her family who offered much kindness and support. Delma and I attended many dances in nearby towns and enjoyed just “hanging out” in town and this continued for some time after we both moved to Winnipeg. I offer my condolences to all members of her family. Delma was a beautiful lady and a very special friend.

  2. So sorry for your loss Rick. Thank you Lynn for sending me Del’s obit. 1955 was a long time ago and the last time I had contact with her. Isn’t it sad how families drift apart. Take care folks and do, let’s keep in touch.
