Danny passed away on January 18 after suffering from pneumonia and dementia. He was born in Winnipeg on December 6, 1942, to parents Steve and Mabel. He married Sandra on July 4, 1964, and they had three children.
Danny is survived by Sandra, Kerry and Donna (Lauren, Lisa and Daniel), Chris and Flanna (Sam, Charlie and Max), and Colleen and Dave (Alex and Julie). He is also survived by sisters-in-law Anita Warnar, Elva Corbin, and Emily Boyko (Mike); and nieces and nephews Curtis Warnar (Amanda), Cara Warnar-Smith (Ryan), Tim Corbin, Jacqueline Corbin (Michael) and Maryann Boyko.
Danny was predeceased by parents Steve and Mabel, sister Cathy Swiderski (John), brothers Gary Yackoboski and Steve Warnar (Rosemarie), in-laws Alli and Lovisa Johnson, Allan Johnson and Bob Corbin.
He was an electrician and a member of IBEW Local 2085. In retirement, he enjoyed cribbage, reading, and travel.
A gathering will be held on Monday, March 18, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., in the reception area of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Ave at Henderson Hwy. There is an elevator to the second floor.
