  8. I just today stumbled across this sad news, and it has caught me by surprise. My younger brother and I met Dan while the two of them were playing hockey together as teens in Transcona, and Dan was residing at the time with his dad and his brother Mike on Pandora Avenue.

Dan was a genuine and honest guy, and had a great sense of humor and good taste in music. We shared some adventures (and even a few misadventures) during our late teens and young adult years. While our paths would later diverge, it was always a joy to catch up when circumstance allowed our paths to cross. Danny has never been far from us in our thoughts.

To his family, I wish you peace, comfort and strength as you mourn Danny’s passing. We will keep you and Danny in our prayers. Everlasting Memory! Vichnaya Pam’yat.
