February 23, 1938 – May 7, 2025
It is with a heavy heart to say that our dear husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, William “Bill” Sadowy, passed away on May 7, 2025 at 87 years young.
Bill is survived by his wife, Victoria, of 65 1/2 years, his daughter Kim (Greg), Vita, MB, Ken (Kristine), Stonewall, MB, and Jeff (Tracy). He also leaves behind 7 grandchildren and 2 great-children, as well as nephews and nieces.
Dad is predeceased by 3 brothers and 1 sister.
Dad worked at Canada Safeway Bread Plant for 26 years before retiring in 2002.
Thanks to Dad’s mother, he became a huge fan of wrestling so much so that he would rather watch wrestling than a Jets game!
Dad was very dedicated to his family and friends by always willing to lend a helping hand with a tape measure or a paint brush. He was always concerned about his family and friends and wanted to ensure that they had what they needed at all times. His passing leaves a huge void in all our lives.
Everyone that met dad always complimented him on his warm smile and his graciousness. Dad we miss you and love you, but most of all, we miss your warm smile and generous hugs.
Bill, Dad, Grandpa, and Great-Grandpa, we look forward to being greeted by your warm smile and open arms when we meet again. We love you more than words can say.
At Bill’s request no funeral service will be held.
If inclined to do so, please make a donation in Bill’s memory to a charity of your choice.
