  2. I’m an old friend of Tamar, and Wayne was a big part of my childhood. Sending Tam, Greg and their families a giant hug. Rip Mr Porter I hope you’ve found peace.

Sorry to hear of Wayne”s passing. I’m an old friend and motorcycle enthusiast from Transcona. We first met in the late 50″s and bonded over our interest in bikes.

  4. Nicolette Dawn Powell

I met Wayne over 30 years old, with an instant attraction to his adventurist spirit.
We had many Great Moments together on the Motorcycle – many “discussions” on how much luggage I could safely jam on to the motorcycle. Or in our suitcases headed to Cuba or Vegas etc.
The happiest moments in his final Days was talking with & spending time with his caring Grandsons – Nathan, Jace, Rey & Matthew.
He will be sadly missed by all of us.
    RIP my sweetheart. ❤
    Night Night

  5. I’m so sorry to hear that we lost such a great person who made my mom so happy and who was her bestfriend (Nikki Powell)
You gave my mom such her most wonderful and happiest memories. Your motorcycle trips to the mountains every summer and all the many many day trips. You will truly be missed. Rest easy Wayne

  6. My condolences go out to the extended family of retired former Headmaster Mr. Porter on the passing of Mr. Porter. Mrs. Tytgat and I had very nice conversations while her daughter was employed with Child & Family Services.
