It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our sister Tracy. Tracy passed away at Riverview Palliative care unit on January 4, 2020 after a two-year battle with cancer.
Tracy was predeceased by her common law husband Jack Smith; her father Walter Allan Gibson; mother, Beverley Joyce Sinclair and grandmother Rose Shrupka.
Tracy leaves to mourn her eight brothers and sisters, numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Tracy was one of our funniest siblings in our family and always brought us laughter right until the end! Tracy did not realize how many people loved and cared for her! She will be truly missed.
A huge thank you to her sister Colleen and husband Terry Arnold who rushed from Flin Flon to be by her side in her time of need. Colleen and Terry provided great love, care and compassion to Tracy and shared stories of laughter. Also a special thank you to Cathy Moar, Curtis Peebles, Cheryl Mercer, Mike Gibson and his son Cody and her sister Carol, who stayed by her side until the final moment.
Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 10 at 2:00 p.m., in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Ave at Henderson Hwy. Luncheon to follow.
