Reinhard Ludwig Daher, 79 years old, passed peacefully on May 14, 2019, at St. Boniface Hospital.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years; his four children and their spouses; and is beloved Opa to 9 grandchildren and Great Opa to 4 great-granddaughters.
Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, he graduated with a Masters of Engineering from the University of Manitoba. He had a long and illustrious career in orthotics and prosthetics, eventually starting his own company, called Daher Manufacturing.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, May 17, 2019, at 2:00 p.m., in the Buntain Chapel at Calvary Temple, 440 Hargrave St. in Winnipeg.
Memorial donations may be made to the Calvary Temple H.H. Barber Retreat Centre or to The Home of the Good Shepherd orphanage in Brazil.
