It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Nick Diamantakos at the age of 58.
Nick was a dedicated public servant and worked for the Federal Government for over 30 years. He was known for his excellent work ethic, but he was also a kind, and generous person with a great sense of humour. He loved to make people laugh and brighten their day with his jokes and witty remarks. His positive attitude was infectious, and everyone who knew him enjoyed his company.
Nick was a great friend, a loyal brother and an incredible uncle who cared deeply for those around him. He was always there to lend a helping hand, and his generosity knew no bounds. Nick loved spending time with his sister, Dimitra Diamantakos and his nephew, Paris Fragkoulis, for whom he was a supporting and encouraging influence for many years.
Nick will be greatly missed by all who knew him. His passing is a loss to his family, friends, and colleagues, but his memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dimitra Diamantakos at the age of 59. Dimitra was a beloved sister, aunt and friend whose memory will forever be etched in our hearts.
Kind, loving, and a dedicated public servant, Dimitra’s impact on those around her is immeasurable. Dimitra enjoyed traveling, reading books and listening to music and her dream was to retire and split her time between her birthplace, Greece, and Canada.
She leaves behind a legacy of public service, compassion and generosity that will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Dimitra is survived by her first cousin George and her nephew Paris, who will carry on her memory with love and admiration.

My deepest condolences for your uncle Nikos and your aunt Dimitra, I am very sorry for their sudden death. We had met in Athens when they had come a few years ago. I would like to contact you about a personal matter. If you speak greek it would be even better. My name is Kefaloniti Sofia, tel. 6988439758.
I was very saddened to hear of the sudden passing of Nick and Dimitra. My sister went to school with both of them growing up, and was a close friend of Dimitra for many years. I, myself, became friends with Dimitra in early adulthood. I have many fond memories of my sister, Dimitra and I going on many outings and long walks. Nick occasionally joined us on our outings as well. I very much enjoyed their company. I especially remember Dimitra for her great sense of humour. Our paths took us in different directions, and I hadn’t seen either Nick or Dimitra in many years, which is why it took me so long to find out about their passing. I offer my sincere condolences to the family and friends of Nick and Dimitra for their loss. May they both rest in peace.
