April 1, 1953 – June 6 2020
It is with broken hearts we sadly announce the passing of Lucille Chambers on June 6, 2020. She was born on April 1, 1953 in Winnipeg, MB
Lucy was predeceased by her mother Matilda Hyde (Sawatzky); father Charles Hyde and sister Karen Bates.
Lucy is survived by her two sisters, Donna (Ken) Kabecz and Marion (Don) Pryce; brother Gordon (Kathy) Hyde; her four children, Raymond (Charlene) Marion, Leonard Marion, Leslie (Jim) Bosko and Jennifer Marion. She will be missed by her precious pet companion, Ally; along with grandchildren, Dylan Marion, Alisa, Brandon, Shelby Bosko, Kerri Lynn and Vanessa Marion; and great grandchildren, Huntleigh, Wyatt and Gracelyn.
Lucy is remembered for her great personality and her ever so contagious laugh! She had a funny sense of humor and loving heart. She was always a straight forward and wasn’t afraid to speak her mind. Lucy was a strong, determined and fiercely independent woman. We will miss her everyday, until we meet again.
As per her wishes cremation has taken place. Interment will be held on June 26, 2020 at noon at Brookside Cemetery for immediate family only. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
