It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Joanne, from this life to the next.
Joanne will be forever missed by her two sons, Jasper and Keegan, their Father, Jason Klinger, and her partner Brian Donnelly. She leaves behind her loving family, parents, Carol and John, sister Janet (Patrick), brothers Ian (Sy) and Glen (Chi), as well as many nieces, nephews, Uncles, Aunts, cousins and dear friends.
A private family graveside service will take place in the spring.
Godspeed Annie, we love you.

I went to SMA with Joanne. I didn’t see her often, but I feel her loss. She was a ray of light. My condolences to the entire family especially her two boys.
So sorry for everyone’s loss.

“How? And why?
I’m so sorry to have to have to say…
Good Bye 🥺
I’ve said it more than I care two in the past three years. My eyes have run out of blood vessel filled tears.
You, dear Lady…were a power source. Thank you for the chats we would have, about motherhood, media, politics and so much other…s$$t ❤️
And, while your children, your fam, and those of us who knew you well will miss your presence.
This is not the end. We, and our angels will dance to gather once again.
XO ~Bailey ❤️
Rest in peace, sweet Joanne you’ll be missed by many❤️

I used to babysit the Cochrane kids. We had so much fun together. A great family. My deepest condolences to Carol and all of the Cochrane family.
I was shocked to hear the news of Joanne’s passing. She and I worked together at CJRL in Kenora in the 1990’s. I was proud of accomplishments in broadcasting and she at times gave me advice and shared her knowledge. Although we only worked together for a year or two, I always considered Joanne a part of my extended “Broadcasting family”. Sincere condolences to Joanne’s family and friends. RIP
Worked and friended her in Kenora at CJRL. A true radio professional. She will be missed.
Our deepest sympathy to Carol and family.
I never forget our time working together, making the city laugh, cry and occasionally angry, (😂) at Power 97 Winnipeg, twenty five years ago. My deepest sympathy over your family’s loss of Joanne. ❤️
