George James Victor Cross

It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of George James Victor Cross of Winnipeg, Manitoba on November 19/2020 at the age of 61 years old.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of 23 years Laura Cross. His four children Steven Cross, George Cross, Lisa LeCocq and Dallas Cross.  His three siblings Pryde Cross, Vicki Cross and Donald Cross.

George was a force to be reckoned with, and he followed his dream of being a long distance truck driver and owned his own rig. He loved his job, and was the very best at it. Driving millions of miles across North America accident free, in a career that spanned over 40 years. The highway was his second home, and he was a hard working proud man, and highly respected in the trucking industry. He loved a good joke, a strong cup of coffee and cherished his time at home with his wife. 

In respect of his wishes there will be no formal service.
