July 1, 1927 – April 12, 2020
It is with great sadness that the family announces the sudden passing of Elsie Rechik, April 12, 2020 aged 92 years, of Arborg Manitoba, wife of the late Joe Rechik.
She leaves behind to mourn her passing, her son Joe (Janet) Rechik; grandchildren Ashley (Myles), Kurtis (Brandi), Tayler (Brad) and Savannah (Isaac); as well as four great grandchildren Declan, Olivia, Oaklynn and Nevaeh.
Elsie’s greatest joys in life were her family, her farm and her garden. She loved when everyone would gather together and would often prepare elaborate home cooked meals for the family.
Through her life Elsie was known to spend countless hours on the farm helping Joe on the fields, tending to her animals and growing a large garden from which she would share her vegetables and berries with everyone. When she found some free time Elsie would love a good game of bingo.
As per Grammas wishes, no formal service will be held. A private family internment will be held at a later date.
