Peacefully after a long and courageous battle with Parkinson’s Disease, with his wife and his son by his side, Demetrios passed on Saturday, December 10, 2022.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 15th at 11:00 a.m., at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, 2255 Grant Ave, with Rev. Fr. Nikolaos Tambakis presiding. Interment to follow at Chapel Lawn Cemetery, 4000 Portage Ave.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Parkinson’s Society – Winnipeg Office.

I took care of Demetrios in hias home for quite some time and consider Demitrios, Helen and Tony as family so needless to say, I was/am saddened to hear about the passsing of Demetrios. Sending lots of love and hugs RIP my friend.
