It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Darren Michael on May 10, 2019.
He is survived by his mother Joan; sister Christine (Juergen); nephews Cody and Matthew; along with family and close friends. Darren was predeceased by his father Dennis; grandparents Michael and Olga; and Uncle Robert.
Darren was enrolled at Red River College and was a Journeyman Plumber. He loved days at the lake, fishing and military history. He visited the Ottawa War Museum and enjoyed talking with his grandfather who served during the war, of his many experiences overseas.
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of Darren’s life will be held privately at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Bruce Oake Recovery Centre.
