Chantel was one of my best friends from elementary up to graduating high school. She was really one of a kind – happy go lucky, always smiling and laughing. She could make friends with anyone and you could be your total goofy self around her. I’m so fortunate to have had her for a friend and I’ll forever cherish all the memories we made. She will be so missed.
