  1. Clifford, Diane and Ken, Edith was a good friend of my mother and Dad, Irene and Archie Henderson from Manitou as was Jack, years ago. Mum lost track of Edith after she moved to Vancouver Island. My condolences to the family. I have some very old pictures of her husband, Jack from the 1940s IF any of the children are interested could they call me (Geraldine|) at 204-771-3030. I would be glad to send them on.

  2. I was glad to have known her and Jack, my grandparents John and Ethel Edgar met through them. As Ethel was Edith’s maid of honour and vice versa. I saw her once last time at my great aunt Vera’s funeral in niverville in 2007. If it wasn’t for this woman, I may not have ever existed, I enjoyed their visits to La Riviere. I even dedicated a page in my scrapbook to Edith and Jack as good friends of th family. Rest in peace Edith.
