Philip Anthony Parent

Suddenly and sadly on November 6, 2021 at the age of 38, Anthony passed away in his sleep.

He will be remembered and loved always by his mom Catherine; daughters Cassidy (mother Christa) and Aria; sister Allison; nephew Dylan; auntie Margaret and cousin Shane Moar; auntie Jeannie (Joel) and cousin Sherri; his cousin Philip who he had a very close bond with and his uncle Tony Orestes; auntie Linda and cousin Laura Orestes; grandpa Denis (Gail) Parent; his grandma and extended family in Ottawa.

Anthony was predeceased by his father Dan Parent; his grandma Betty and uncle Philip Orestes.

Anthony grew up in St. Vital and attended Victor Mager and Dakota Collegiate, where he made many lifelong friends. He loved roller coasters and wanted to ride every one he ever came across. He was always such a little daredevil. When he was little he had a fascination with helicopters, they were “Hopter Topters” to him. He loved the Dallas Cowboys. Sundays were spent with Dawn, watching football; that was their special day. Anthony loved his dog Charlie, that was his constant companion. He loved life and had so many dreams for his future.

Memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 25, 2021 at 7:00 p.m., in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Ave at Henderson Hwy. At the family’s request, family and friends attending the service must be fully vaccinated.
