It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of our husband, father, grandfather, grampy, Syd Page on May 27, 2021. Syd was born February 1, 1943 in Winnipeg, Manitoba and grew up in St. Vital.

Predeceased by his parents Sydney and Edna; twin brother Herb; younger sister Judy; nephew Peter; brother-in-law Bill Evans; mother and father-in-law Harry and Norah Turner.
Syd was in the plumbing industry for 45 years and retired after 35 years with Randall Plumbing & Heating. As a skilled plumber he was well liked and respected by his coworkers and employers.
Syd was a kind and generous person who was always helpful to anyone in need. He had a deep love for life, family and friends. He enjoyed working in his garden in Charleswood, golfing, travelling and winters in Chandler, Arizona. Syd was a wonderful cook and famous for his family Christmas dinners.
He will be always remembered by his wife, children, grandchildren, family and friends.
A private family service will be held at later date.

Dear Sheila, Lorna, Linda and all Page family members: I am so very sorry for your loss. Syd was a wonderful, friendly gentleman who always had time for a quick word or conversation at the many family gatherings. I know you will all miss him dearly.
Sincerely, Pat Scott
Dear Sheila and family, so very sorry on the loss of Syd. Always a gentleman. Raymond thought the world of Syd, and he always remembered to phone Ray and pick him up for the Local 254 Xmas party. These two good men will not be attending this year. My heart goes out to the Family. RIP Syd.
Dear Sheila, family, Linda and Lorna. Bob and I express our heartfelt sympathies to you. We were shocked when we heard the news from Diane. Although, our paths did not cross often over the years, we will remember Syd as a very kind and gentle soul.
Sincerely, Susan and Bob Taylor
Deepest sympathy on your loss. I knew Syd for numerous years. I worked with him at Randall and we always sat together at the Union Christmas luncheon. He was a wonderful person. We have sent a donation in his memory to Salvation Army.
