Rest in peace my friend. You were a well respected teacher and advocate for teachers. You made a difference. My condolences to Fran, your brother, and your extended family.
I was a high school student at Brooklands Collegiate Institute (BCI) from 1967 through 1971. During that time Mr. Kyritz taught me mathematics and physics. He also coached the BCI freshman boys volleyball team on which I played. He was a dedicated teacher who obviously cared about his students – as evidenced through his attendance at a graduation camping trip. He had a great sense of humour and made learning enjoyable. His teaching skills helped significantly to prepare me for a successful career in civil engineering. I’ll always have fond memories of him.
My condolences to Fran and the family. Ralf was a strong advocate for teachers. My late husband Aubrey and I worked with him at MTS and witnessed his commitment and dedication firsthand. RIP Ralf.
