When I see Jim’s picture here it reminds me how much he meant to me as a close honest friend. He and did a number of things together like burning trees at my rural home and just being with me for coffee ,and lunches together at heading grill ,Tim’s,and coffee at his home in west Daly when I would drop over unexpected but welcomed.
We both loved cats and his would visit us during our sessions at Jim’s home.
It was great Jim and I would talk together while his wife Darlene would spent that time reading , so Jim and I could yack.
Jim likes his pool game and was very competitive. He did win one year as senior doubles. I played many games with him before he decided to join the anavets pool league.
Jim will be really missed by me and many others. He was a gentleman.
There were things he couldn’t do like house wiring but he asked me for help and I was definitely proud of that and helping him.
We are deeply saddened to hear about the loss of Jim, and our heartfelt condolences go out to you during this difficult time. Jim was not just a friend to our parents, but he held a very special place in their lives. His presence brought joy and laughter, and his absence will be deeply felt. We recognize the profound impact Jim had on our parents and the cherished memories they shared together. Losing someone we care about is never easy, and the pain can feel overwhelming. We want you to know that you are not alone in your grief, and that our thoughts are with you. We hope that the knowledge of others thinking of you, even in this small way, brings some comfort and aids in the healing process.
Love ❤️. Peter & Janette Schuster and family
Jim was our neighbor for over 16 years…we loved our chats outside about every day to day stuff…he took great pride in his yard and was always willing to make sure that our home was safe and secure when we went away and always willing to water my plants when we went away which was quite a bit….He loved to joke around about stuff and we always loved his words of wisdom. He will be truly missed and the neighborhood will not be the same without him.
So sorry for your lose Darlene and Laura.
