April 27, 1950 – April 24, 2022
After a short but courageous fight with cancer, Rose gained her wings and joined her Heavenly Father on April 24, 2022, with her daughters by her side.
Predeceased by her parents, Alma and Jack. Rose is survived by her husband Don; daughters Amanda (Kelly) and Nicole (Paul); grandson Xander; and granddaughter Zoe.
Rose loved to knit and cross-stitch. Her greatest joys in life were her daughters and grandchildren. She loved to chat and would spend countless hours talking on the phone to extended family and friends. Her warm heart and laughter filled a room with joy. She will be missed beyond belief.
Rose’s family would like to thank the Palliative Care staff at Riverview for all their kindness during Rose’s last days.
Funeral service will be held Monday, May 2, 2022 at 11:00 a.m., in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Avenue at Henderson Highway.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Rose to Cancer Care.
