October 3, 1940 – March 9, 2022
It is with deep sadness we say goodbye to our Mother, Grandmother and Sister. Glenice was predeceased by her husband Lawrence Joseph Zayshley and her siblings, Marion Dueck, Archer Garrioch, Clara Owen and Doug Garrioch.
Left to mourn are her children, Darrell (Marilyn), Ward, Cindy (Mike), Bradley, Michelle, Chris, her four grandchildren, Brett (Gwen), Erik (Monica), Alicia (Kyle) and Kyra. Also mourning are siblings, Phyllis, Nellie, Rhoda, Stewart and Fern.
Glenice was born in Bluff Creek, Mb and raised in Kinesota, Mb. At the age of 13 she moved to Winnipeg, to live with her sisters. It was there were she met Lawrence (Lorne) and eventually married and raised five children.
Glenice had a gift of touching people’s hearts with the love of music and loved to cook for her guests! Her passion for music made the moments which she cherished with her family and friends easy to do. The neighbourhood kids new her home was always open at any given time!
Hope there is a never ending supply of crib games! She will be missed!

I babysat for Glenice (loved those kids)! she was also my friend, we played Sorry and cribbage for hours, many wonderful times spent at that beautiful little house on Wallasey, it was my second home.
