Our heartfelt condolences to the Vermette and Corlett families on the loss of your loved one and our dear lake friend. Having known Cam for 58 years, we have many fond memories of life spent together at Jessica Lake, both in the summertime and in the winter while snowmobiling. From taking “Wild Bill”for high-speed waters skis to playing “horsey” for our children we remember Cam’s kind heart. His affection for others was shown by his endearing nicknames that he gave to many, especially his children, grandchildren, and the lake children and grandchildren. Known as the Frenchman at the lake, Ken often greeted Cam with “Comment ca va?” Cam’s persona entertained both children and adults alike. He was loved by many and will be great missed. Rest in peace dear Cam. Jessica Lake will not be the same without you!
