April 15, 1956 – February 23, 2020
Vance has gone fishing.
Vance was predeceased by his mother Elsie and his sister and brother-in-law Velvet and Barry.
He leaves behind his loving and caring spouse Delyna; daughters Glenn and Carly; father Bill; and his brother Al (Sue). Along with his immediate family there are many more family and friends that will miss him dearly. We all know we will see him on the other side.
If you knew Vance, you would know he didn’t want a big fuss over him. There will be no formal service, the family will hold a wake in his memory. For those who would like to remember Vance and share stories and memories please join his family and friends for an informal come-and-go gathering at the King’s Head pub on Saturday, February 29th between 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, gifts, or donations, please buy yourself some fishing tackle and get out on the water.

We are so very sorry for your loss. We wish we could be there to offer some support during this incredibly sad time. Please accept our condolences, and know that we are thinking of you, and we love you so much. RIP Vance. I know that you will be deeply missed.
We are so very sorry to hear of Vance’s passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time. I can remember Vance, Allen and Cliff playing together, the three musketeers .everybody going fishing, having a great time together, . Hope the fishing is great Cliff will show you the best spots.
Vance was always a man up for adventure and a good time with friends. When we rode through Western Canada together, rain and bad food didn’t dampen his spirits. He was someone you could count on in good times and otherwise. Safe travels, my friend.
Vance leaves me with countless memories of fun times with the Great Canadian Outdoors providing the background.
Thank you, Vance. Rest in Peace.
