November 16th, 1946 – February 27th, 2024
After a long and courageous battle with cancer, Joe passed away at the age of 77 years.
Joe was pre-deceased by his parents Josie and Maude Thomas, four sisters and one brother.
Joe is survived by his partner of 25 years Floyd his brother Roy and sister Adele Duff both of pine falls. Joe leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews. Great nieces and nephews and cousins.
Joe was a general laborer and handyman in his younger years. Joe made cedar chests and repaired bookcases and dressers in more recent years. Joe, pick diamond Willow and made canes and walking sticks.
Joe liked to play bingo and also called bingo for many years. Joe loved all of his family and will be greatly missed by all.
Rest in peace my brother Uncle.
Funeral service will be held on Monday, March 18th at 1:00 p.m. at Katari Tekawitha Aboriginal Catholic Parish at 265 Flora Avenue. With burial to happen at a later date.
