It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jean Hanson (nee Gillespie) on October 9, 2019 at the age of 81 years old.
She will be greatly missed by her devoted husband of 57 years, Bert Hanson and their two sons Geoff and Lance (Collette) and their grandchildren Cole, Sydney and Beck. She is survived by her sister Liz (Bevan) and mourned by her many nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends.
A special thanks to the staff at Riverview Health Centre for the comfort and care they provided to Jean in her final months of life.
Much gratitude to her family who surrounded her with love and support and their most loving of neighbours and best of friends, Lori and John. We are forever grateful.

Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 15 at 2:00 p.m., in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Ave. at Henderson Highway.
