Corinne Shoana Sandberg
August 22, 1972 – March 28, 2024

Corinne Shoana Sandberg passed away peacefully in her home on March 28, 2024.

Corinne was born on August 22, 1972, in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She is survived by her loving mother Carol Sandberg and her sons Jesse, Jordan, and Liam.

Much loved, Corinne was a kind and caring soul who cherished her family. She was known for always lending a helping hand. Corinne was passionate in her work as a counsellor for the people of Winnipeg. She loved family get togethers where stories were shared, and time spent together was treasured.

Corinne had the ability to light up a room with her smile and laughter. We value the memories from these times.

In lieu of flowers please send donations to Siloam Mission or the Addictions Foundation of Manitoba.

  1. Words are never enough it seems, and I was completely shocked to learn of your passing.
They say cousins are your first best friends, this is true. we grew up together, until her teens, then lost contact. We never did get to sit down and have our coffee talk, and discuss the years missed….
Your smile, and laughter will be greatly missed.
There is another giant void in our family chain, as we all struggle to come to grips with your loss. There is nothing anyone can say that can accurately describe the nice soul you were, and how you showed me young, to look at the bigger picture. You accepted new challenges and hit them with a determination that few have. You are greatly missed, and loved
    Till we meet again cuz……

  2. Know that your family loves you…

Thank you for the good memories
and know that we look forward
    to making new memories
    when we connect next

    Please focus forward Corrine…

I’m certain you’ll find the way
And I hope you’ll be there to welcome us
With open arms and plenty of love
When it’s our time, to join you.

Let it be our burden alone wait for you…

Don’t wait for anyone, this is your time
go live your next best whatever comes next

Our world dims a little without your light, but knjw that you continue to shine in the memories shared with others.

    Love you Corrine,
    Cousin Shane (and family)

  3. Dear Carol, I was so sad to hear of Corrine’s death. We do not ever expect to outlive our children and so it is extra heartbreaking when we do. Love from Aunt Joyse

  4. Corinne had such a warming, sweet smile. I miss the times we spent together with family on Christmas Eve, and I cherish every moment I spent with you. I will miss you, cousin; we will all miss you, but I know you’re looking down on all of us and sending your love and strength – another Angel has been born.

  5. Miss you Beaner. I still can’t believe you are gone. I cherish all the fun, unconditional love, and laughter we shared over 40 years of friendship. I always see your smile the last time I saw you.

  6. You are the greatest gift God gave me my sweet girl and now saying goodbye is my greatest sorrow
    Love you,
    Mama Bear
