March 29, 2019 – March 20, 2020
It is with sadness and heavy hearts that we share the passing of our sweet baby girl, Braya Lynn Samayah Lee Regent. She left us on March 20th, 2020, surrounded with love and peace and in the arms of those who loved her.
Braya may have only been with us a short time, but she brought joy, love and laughter to each precious moment. She was born March 29th, 2019, quickly becoming the center of our world and exploding our hearts with love.
She was the tiniest peanut with the biggest personality right from the beginning. She never made a fuss, showing us that every day should be spent smiling and laughing. She loved music and singing and bouncing and bouncing and bouncing in her jumper. She enjoyed being outdoors and spending time with her family. She had a grin that made us burst into laughter, the most adorable piggie tails that were the only way to calm her crazy hair and a giggle that made your heart melt.
She was the center of attention at every holiday, every gathering and in the everyday little moments that now mean so much. We didn’t realize that under her sweet disposition lived a fighter who battled silently and for so long. She showed true courage and strength yet played and laughed and gave us comfort knowing that we would cherish each memory.
Braya will be eternally loved and forever missed by her mother, Hailey; her parents Tammy and Keith; Godmother Auntie Stacey and Uncle Rob and her cousins – snuggle buddy Jackson and bestie Leah; Aunties Victoria and Trinity; Grandpa Ernie (Theresa); Great-grandparents Vergie, Judy and Allan; and numerous friends and family members whose lives were touched by her beautiful smile and loving spirit.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Cancer Care Foundation of Manitoba in Braya’s memory.
